Winter’s top craft beer and music event is Saturday, January 28th at Big Dog’s Brewing Company in Las Vegas! The big day is almost here as put on the finishing touches for another on-site beer festival at Big Dog’s Brewing Company, located at 4543 N. Rancho Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89130.
This annual event is our celebration of hearty flavors and soul-warming brews that battle even the chilliest of winter days. The Great News? The weather forecast is calling for a beautiful and calm January afternoon.

Local live music from one of our favorite locals! Formed in 2013, The Parametrics is an eclectic band of musicians from Las Vegas, NV. A boutique band of misfits comprised of brothers Joe, Patrick and David Genovese alongside Nick Mattera and David Meeks. The bands mission? Creating a truly honest and authentic live show…and drinking incredibly wonderful beers…
Double Minor
Formed in early 2020 during the initial COVID shutdown, Double Minor began defining their sound in the studios of Las Vegas, by taking a unique approach. Take the most popular songs from the rock, pop, country and R&B genres, but give the listener something a little more than just a typical cover.

Dog Gone Good Gumbo
This famous Creole specialty is a mainstay of New Orleans cuisine and a long-time Big Dog’s favorite! Our version is stuffed with chicken, shrimp, smoked Andouille sausage, peppers, onions, and okra cooked slowly in a rich stew like broth, seasoned with spices. (5 Tickets/$15)
Pork Tomatillo Stew
Another Big Dog’s Favorite Winter Stew! Tender braised pork shoulder with, carrots, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, smoked chiles and tomatillos. Topped with fresh cilantro and crispy corn tortilla strips. Served with rice and a dinner roll. (5 Tickets/$15)
Fund Raiser for Mental Health
Modern society can be tough, full of pressure, stress, and strain on our mental health. Mental health includes our
emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
For 2023, through our charitable giving programs, Big Dog’s will be shining a spotlight on the importance of keeping your mental health strong. We’ll be raising funds throughout the year and supporting friends and family in southern Nevada. We’ll be partnering up with the Southern Nevada chapter of N.A.M.I. (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and supporting their programs and utilizing their resources, tips and techniques to help our community mentally thrive in this modern world.
In addition to our year-long efforts, N.A,M.I. of Southern Nevada is our featured charity for this year’s Winterfest $1 from each festival package sold plus the proceeds from the festival raffles are being donated to N.A.M.I. of Southern Nevada. Be sure to stop by their booth and learn more about their available resources and programs.
