We are passionate about brewing and serving up the freshest and finest handcrafted brews in America. Our brewery is an all stainless steel 15 barrel system that can produce up to 30 kegs of beer per batch. Our brewery produces around 25 different styles of brews throughout the year, ranging from our light beer to a rich, dark Russian Imperial Stout. In addition, we also produce non-alcoholic rootbeer and cream sodas that everyone can enjoy!

While our brewpub is Las Vegas’ newest, we certainly are not. We’ve been brewing award winning beers in Las Vegas since 1993, when we opened Las Vegas’ original microbrewery. Since our days with Holy Cow! Brewing Company, we have accumulated numerous awards, medals and accolades.

Our Pale Ale won the Gold Medal for English Pale Ale at the 1993 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), the Super Bowl of beer competitions.

In 1994, our Red Ale won the Bronze Medal at the GABF in the English Brown Ale category.

1996 brought us a GABF Bronze Medal for our Black Lab Stout (Foreign-style Stout).

In 2001, we took home a GABF Silver Medal for our Cream Ale (American Lager/Ale or Cream Ale.)

On the international stage, we’ve won two Silver Awards in the 1998 and 2001 World Beer Cup competitions.

In 2006, our Red Hydrant Ale won the prestigious Gold Medal in the English-style Brown Ale category at World Beer Cup.

In 2006, our Kilt Sniffer Strong Scotch Ale won the GABF Gold Medal in the Strong Scotch Ale category.
