Big Dog's Brewing Company is proud to be Las Vegas' original micro-brewery. Originally operated as Holy Cow Brewing Company (1993-2002), Big Dog's Brewing Company has been serving up some of the best handcrafted beers for the better part of two decades.

Our brewing philosophy is to use our widely varied collection of signature and seasonal brews to help further develop the brewery culture of Southern Nevada. We host several beer tasting events throughout the year where our Brewmaster and executive chef pairs our seasonal offerings together in special tasting menus. While very proud of our own award-winning brews, Big Dog's Brewing Company proudly makes 1-2 taps available to the other local breweries at all times.

Big Dog's Brewing Company is housed at Big Dog's Draft House, a full service restaurant and neighborhood casino in Northwest Las Vegas. Just 15 minutes away from the famous Las Vegas Strip, Big Dog's Brewing Company welcomes locals and beer loving visitors alike throughout the year.

Big Dog's Brewing Company is a proud part of Big Dog's Hospitality Group, a family of fun and friendly neighborhood casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada where the best in food, homemade brews, gaming promotions and exceptional hospitality are served up at all times. Each of our neighborhood casinos feature 35 multi-denomination slot machines, the most aggressive combination of pay tables and promotions around, smoker and dining friendly bar areas, and smoke free dining rooms.

In June 1988, brothers Tom and George Wiesner made their start in the restaurant business when they opened the Draft House; a place famous for its genuine warm Wisconsin hospitality. Located in the Northwest area of Las Vegas, menu favorites include bratwurst, walleye, hamburgers, sandwiches, salads and soups. In August 1992, the restaurant expanded to the Draft House Barn & Casino, giving Las Vegas its first dining barn and Packer Fan Club. In 2004, the company built its second brewery facility at the Draft House. The facility houses a 15-barrel micro brewery system. Award winning Brewmaster Dave Otto, formerly of the company's now closed Holy Cow! Brewery on the Las Vegas Strip, brews a wide range of beers to suit everyone's taste including light beers, ales, porters, and stouts.

Offering the same friendly hospitality as Draft House, Big Dog's Bar & Grill opened on April 12, 1991 in Northeast Las Vegas. A dog lover's dream, this location features eclectic canine décor, great food, and gaming fun. "Player's Best Friend" became the motto for this successful location and our company went to the dogs!

In spring of 1992, the family of Big Dog's Hospitality Group grew to three locations with the addition of Big Dog's Café & Casino on West Sahara. The Café & Casino features a collection of classic doggie artwork, a great bar atmosphere, traditional Big Dog's menu, and fine banquet and meeting facilities.

Each of the neighborhood casinos possesses a non-restricted gaming license with 35 state of the art LCD multi-denom gaming machines. Smoking and dining with our full menu is legally offered in our bar areas. Our dining rooms are reserved for non-smoking dining. All of Big Dog's Brewing Company signature brews are available at each location. The availability of seasonal offerings varies from store to store, so please call ahead to confirm the availability of your favorite brews.

In addition, the company operates Top Dog Catering, a full service catering company that handles hundreds of events per year, large and small. With our liquor catering license, we can take the party to your place or host it on our 200 seat banquet facility.
